Senior Financial Analyst Location: Burlington, ON Salary: $75,898.40 – $113,847.60 CAD per annum Employment type: Full-time Seniority level: Mid‑Senior Job Description DLL Canada invites you to join our Finance Department as a Senior Financial Analyst. The role reports to the Senior Director BP&A and Treasury and focuses on providing accurate and timely financial information and analysis to management. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Prepare timely and accurate monthly management reporting Prepare quarterly sales commissions Provide profitability analysis and pricing in collaboration with sales members Prepare and analyze forecasts, annual and strategic planning by business lines Develop analytical tools and reports that will assist management in decision‑making Develop processes to enhance reporting effectiveness and efficiency Prepare ad‑hoc modeling on business scenarios from various stakeholders Special projects and other duties as requested Essentials (Qualifications) Minimum 3‑5 years analytical experience with financial designation CPA/CMA/CGA preferred Advanced technical knowledge working with Excel and working knowledge of Hyperion, QLIK and Power BI Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Prior experience working with large data sets and preparing commissions statements Results oriented and analytical thinking – high sense of ownership, attention to detail Superior organization and prioritization Excellent problem‑solving skills with a natural curiosity for root cause analysis to identify key levers of financial performance Self‑motivated, capable of working independently in a fast‑paced environment Proficient with collaboration tools that support virtual and in‑person meetings Benefits Two volunteering days per year for a local charity Health and Wellness program including healthy food, free health checks, and vitality activities Flexible hours with possibility to work from home Career development opportunities: online learning, member development programs Equal Opportunity Statement DLL is an equal opportunity employer.
