With competitive benefits, a strong community focus and a commitment to work‑life balance, Western is not just a place to work, it’s a place to thrive Join our team and experience the Western difference where caring for our customers, communities, and team members is our passion Insurance Advisor Hybrid opportunities within Canada Typical Day Looks Like Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers Review client data entries, invoicing and coverage selection for compliance Complete certificate issuance for new business and renewal clients Process changes to insurance policies and endorsements Assist with the administration of the commercial book of business accurately and efficiently Conduct sales calls and upsell products to new and existing clients to contribute to the growth of the business Continue self‑development through industry and community involvement, training and other courses Value You Bring General Insurance Level 2 License is required; commercial lines experience is an asset Experience achieving sales targets individually and as a team Well‑versed in navigating multiple computer programs Involvement in industry related associations and your community Preferred understanding of policy wordings/coverages Strong sales and communication skills Working experience in EPIC an asset Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours/week Location: Hybrid opportunities in Canada Salary Range: $45,000 – $68,000 Requisition #: 82346 What if I don't meet every requirement If you’re excited about the role but your experience doesn’t check every box we still encourage you to apply.
