Base pay range CA$100,000.00/yr - CA$120,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Tundra Technical Solutions The Delivery Program Manager plays an important role in orchestrating the successful delivery of multiple squads that collectively contribute to the organization's strategic objectives. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and delivery management skills to drive collaboration and ensure the program's overall success. Primary Responsibilities: Develop a comprehensive program plan that defines the program's objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements Identify and engage stakeholders, including executives, Business sponsors, and team members. Maintain regular communication to manage expectations, gather feedback, and ensure buy-in for program initiative Establish program governance structures, including steering committees or advisory boards, to provide oversight and guidance Coordinate and allocate resources across multiple squads within the program Identify and assess program risks Monitor the progress of squad delivery within the program, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones Oversee the management of changes in program scope, schedule, and budget Facilitate the closure of the program upon successful completion Training and guidance (Establish guidelines) to the team members across squads to establish consistency Fluent in both English and French, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages. This is essential for effective collaboration with our Quebec-based partners and stakeholders.
