In the role of Care Support you will play a supporting role to members of the broader Kindred Home Care Team. You will function as the hub of communication, supporting our caregivers, clients and their families. Working remotely from home you will work in our system logging calls and serve as the frontline of customer support. Responsibilities Coordinate and plan daily scheduling for urgent coverage requirements. Effectively communicate with staff, clients, and families about scheduling challenges. Manage a high volume of phone calls, emails, and system tasks. Establish meaningful connections with caregivers, clients, and regional teams. Maintain accurate schedules and track caregiver availability. Identify and elevate potential risks by providing clarity. Qualifications Secondary school education or equivalent. 2+ years of clerical and customer contact experience. Proficiency in using various technologies. Superior critical thinking, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to build strong relationships with others and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Capacity to react quickly and re‑prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. Experience in scheduling would be beneficial. Experience with Salesforce would be advantageous. Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision. Positive, flexible, and reliable work attitude. Able to commit to working on call every other weekend.
