About the Company Our client, a respected law firm recognized for delivering strategic, practical, and client-focused employment law solutions, is seeking an Employment Associate to join their team. This role is based in a hybrid model, with 2 days in the office .


Provide legal advice and representation on employment law matters, including wrongful dismissal, human rights, workplace investigations, and employment contracts.
Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements, severance packages, policies, and other employment-related documents.
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, briefs, and other materials for client matters and litigation.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law developments, case law, and regulatory changes.
4+ years of experience in employment law.
~ Strong knowledge of Ontario employment legislation, case law, and workplace regulations.
~ Experience in both litigation and advisory work preferred.
~ Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
~ Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
Hybrid schedule with 2 days in office .
