We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, offering comprehensive training regardless of experience.ResponsibilitiesTravel to pre-scheduled, company-generated appointments within the greater Metro area.Conduct product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations.Follow a value-based selling process emphasizing honesty and integrity.Attend training sessions and regular sales meetings.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsValid driver’s license (required).Ability to travel up to 2 hours for appointments daily (required).Ability to lift and carry 20-60 lbs. of sample materials (required).Comfortable navigating applications on an iPad (required).No prior outside sales experience required.Willingness to learn our structured, proven sales process.Strong desire and ability to close sales.Compensation & ScheduleUncapped, full commission structure with earnings ranging from $80,000 to over $220,000.Performance-based bonuses.ICBA Contractors insurance offered.Flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability required.
