Description Ontario Health seeks to implement an eForms solution, starting with the eForms MVP, that will implement the prioritized OMA/MOH forms, following a repeatable process, building on the success of the MTO forms implementation with EMR vendors for the primary care community. The scope of the eForms MVP consists of creating a digital forms publication pipeline and establishing a provincial library of electronic forms that will be readily available in all point of care systems and integrated with provincial digital assets (i.e., EHR). Interacts with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand requirements. Plans and executes requirement analysis, gathering, and documentation. Prepares and advises on business analysis policies, processes, and standards. Desired Skills Knowledge of Information Management principles, policies, and practices. Ability to translate business and data requirements into specifications. Experience with business analysis methods such as process mapping and modeling. Experience with structured, object-oriented, and agile methodologies. Experience developing performance measures and follow-up processes. Interacts with stakeholders to understand requirements and promote best practices. Required Skills Extensive experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and Agile methodology. Experience with Azure and Microsoft technologies. Experience applying re-engineering concepts for business improvements. Experience with requirements gathering strategies and feasibility studies. Proficiency in business modeling, use case modeling, and process/data flow modeling. Experience in project monitoring, problem solving, and reporting. Develops performance measures and manages traceability matrices. Conducts stakeholder engagement and prepares documentation. Awareness of emerging I&T trends and technologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven team player with a track record of meeting deadlines. Identify security risks and support migration to Azure environments. Prepare training materials.
