Location: Remote (Canada) | Department: Product | Reports to: Senior Product Manager Your Job The Product Manager acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that the product meets customer needs and aligns with Paystone’s strategic objectives. Responsibilities Feature Exploration: Identify and prioritize new product features backed by market research and data analysis. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Bridge gaps between departments to foster seamless communication. Roadmap Commitments: Translate high‑level initiatives into concrete, actionable tasks for the development team. Backlog Management: Curate and prioritize the product backlog to reflect customer needs and strategic imperatives. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate product goals and updates to internal teams and stakeholders, seeking valuable feedback. Quality Assurance: Work closely with QA teams to maintain the highest quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications 1–2 years of proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a fast‑paced tech environment. Strong understanding of the gift and loyalty industry and market trends. Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize effectively and make data‑driven decisions. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to sequence work to maximize value. Experience managing cross‑functional teams and a variety of stakeholders. Experience with product discovery and user research to inform decisions. Familiarity with product tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Azure DevOps, or similar.
