Job SummaryAs our Surgical ICU Nurse, you will be a compassionate and pivotal healthcare professional, delivering comprehensive nursing care and leading patient-centered care initiatives.ResponsibilitiesEvery day, you will assess patient/family health needs, lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans, and provide technical nursing care to diverse age populations (neonatal to geriatric) with developmental understanding. You will uphold our organization's Mission and Core Values and support strategic and Performance Improvement plans.
