Position Summary: As Crew Lead, Asphalt Screed, youll take charge of a skilled paving crew during the summer season, operating and overseeing asphalt paving equipment to maintain and improve city infrastructure. In the winter, youll transition to operating road maintenance equipment, ensuring safe and efficient travel for all. This is a hands-on leadership role with year-round impact. What You Bring 8,000+ hours of roadway operations experience, including 2,000 hours in a supervisory role and 2,000 hours with Asphalt Screed. Strong leadership, communication, and technical skills. Knowledge of roadway construction, safety regulations, and equipment operation. Ability to manage crews, resolve conflicts, and ensure high-quality work.
