Reporting RelationshipThis position reports directly to the Director.Job SummaryThe Parts Procurement Advisor plays an integral role in supporting the daily operations of the Collision Centre to improve customer satisfaction and department efficiency. The Parts Procurement Advisor will be responsible for handling the MPI claims process from beginning to end and provide customers with timely updates on the status of their claim.
