Pay Range CA$38.00/hr - CA$40.00/hr Job Title CNC Set Up Specialist Responsibilities Study drawings to plan sequences of steps for maximum efficiency. Machine set‑up using a wide range of tools and performs setups on Swiss Lathes or Swiss Turn involving very close tolerances. Completion of shop documentation as required. Follows all company policies and attendance guidelines. Other duties as assigned or requested. Qualifications and Experience Applicants must have a minimum of Grade 12 education. Minimum 8-10 years’ machining experience working on 4 to 8 axis mills and lathes with sub spindles. 5-7 years of experience setting up 4-8 axis lathes with sub-spindles and live tooling. Experience with machining Zr-2 and Zr-4 Experience with optical comparator and CMM Experience with fine detail machining, holding tolerance of +/-.0005” Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Able to work 8 hour rotating shifts.
