Collaborate with sales and technical teams to support pre‑sales activities. Assist in scoping customer requirements and preparing solution proposals. Participate in workshops and discovery sessions to understand customer workflows. Provide technical guidance and respond to solution‑related inquiries. Maintain a strong understanding of BIOVIA products and industry trends. Play a key role in demonstrating BIOVIA solutions to prospective and existing customers and occasionally participate in implementation workshops with solutions including formulation management, laboratory informatics, chemical inventory systems, and other scientific data management tools. Ideal Candidate Profile Enjoys interacting with customers and is curious and analytical. Can understand complex scientific processes and translate them into digital solutions that address real‑world challenges. Feels comfortable working at the intersection of science and technology, bridging R&D needs with software capabilities. Has strong communication and presentation skills, and thrives on collaboration with sales, technical, and delivery teams. Has the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Is motivated by problem‑solving, innovation, and continuous learning — always eager to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving life sciences landscape. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field. 1–3 years of experience in a customer‑facing technical role (pre‑sales, support, or implementation). Familiar with laboratory workflows, formulation processes, or chemical inventory systems. Experience with Dassault Systèmes BIOVIA solutions is preferred. English fluency is required. Proficiency in French is preferred and considered an asset.
