Senior Associate Consultant – ServiceNow ITAM SAM Lead Infosys is seeking a ServiceNow SAM Lead with extensive experience in IT Asset Management and ServiceNow SAM to oversee and manage the Software Asset Management operations within the ServiceNow platform. This role will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating high‑level design artifacts, delivering high‑quality code deliverables, leading validation for all types of testing, and supporting activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications Located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario / Calgary, Alberta or willing to relocate. Travel may be required. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience. At least 8 years of Information Technology experience. Authorized to work in Canada without employer‑based visa sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications Minimum 2 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Certifications, including SAM. Expertise working with ServiceNow platform for global customers. Experience with Design Frameworks, Non‑Functional Requirements, Architecture definition, design and development tools. Proficiency in scripting, solutioning and ServiceNow SAM Pro, Discovery, CMDB. Primary point of contact for SAM‑related issues and escalations. Mentoring junior SAM analysts and support staff. Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for license audits and renewals. Define and enforce SAM governance policies and procedures. Collaborate with procurement, IT and compliance teams to align SAM processes. Monitor software usage and identify opportunities for cost savings and optimization. Lead day‑to‑day support and maintenance of the ServiceNow SAM module. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software discovery, normalization, reconciliation, and license compliance. Ensure accurate software entitlement and consumption data. Generate and analyze SAM reports and dashboards. Provide insights into software compliance, usage trends and audit readiness. Strong understanding of software licensing models (Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, etc.). Experience with integration tools like Flexera, SCCM or JAMF. Excellent analytical, communication and problem‑solving skills. ITIL Foundation certification preferred. Hands‑on experience with ITAM SAM and ITSM modules. Able to work in an Agile environment. Knowledge of SLA and shift work. Hands‑on experience with relational databases, web UI development and Service Portal technologies (HTML, CSS, Angular JS). ServiceNow Certified Application Developer is an advantage. Job Details The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Communication may be by telephone, email, or face‑to‑face. Extensive travel may be required. Estimated annual compensation (Ontario): $75,000 to $103,042.
