You are a natural sales person with a knack for helping people reach financial success.What You'll Be DoingUncover the full financial needs of the members, provide solutions and/or refer these to the appropriate AdvisorSupport and/or facilitate the financial planning experience for the membersBe proactive in pursuing external/internal business opportunities by: retention of existing member base and actively soliciting new business, reviewing marketing data to determine new market potential, and leveraging opportunities with existing members through in branch/telephone communicationEstablish and implement a sales plan that focuses on retaining and attracting new members with mid/high net worth, developing internal referral sources, centers of influence, improving profitability with existing members and developing business from existing membersIdentify staff developmental opportunities and provide effective coaching and technical training.Provide coaching & mentoring to assist members of the team with skill developmentEnsure all corporate policies, procedures and guidelines are adhered to including compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements to mitigate the risk of loss to the Credit Union and membersWhat You BringExperienceMinimum 5 years of financial advisory sales experience as well as thorough knowledge of financial planning, products, policies, procedures and operations.Education And TrainingPost-secondary diploma/degree or an equivalent combination of education and experienceInvestment Funds In Canada (IFIC)MFDA LicenseThorough understanding of financial products and services is an asset.Why Servus?BenefitsWorking for Servus has outstanding benefits.
