As a Rogers Sales Representative, you will operationalize Rogers' commitment to keeping Canadians connected. Through your sales efforts, the Rogers Sales Representative matches customers with reliable home internet and mobile services, managing the relationship for the long term. Success in this sales role is the proven pathway to assuming greater responsibility in business planning and execution. Key Responsibilities of the Rogers Sales Representative Engage in person with customers about Rogers by highlighting the advantages of high speed internet, wireless devices, and premium wireless plans. Guide customers through Rogers onboarding by coordinating activation schedules and ensuring seamless adoption of internet and mobile services. Oversee the end‑to‑end sales cycle, including prospect qualification, tailored product recommendations, and follow‑up support after enrollment. Attend sales training sessions, Rogers promotional update calls, and skill development sessions to grow further into the Rogers Sales Representative role. Drive account expansion opportunities by identifying households suited for Ignite TV, mesh Wi‑Fi upgrades, or additional wireless lines. Achieve sales goals set for the Rogers Sales Representative on a weekly basis. Address account‑level issues by troubleshooting service concerns and clarifying billing details to maintain customer confidence. Minimum Qualifications of the Rogers Sales Representative High school diploma preferred. Experience in sales, customer support, or retail where relationship‑building and meeting performance targets were essential. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify Rogers Internet and wireless device specifications into clear, customer‑friendly benefits. Highly motivated and goal‑driven, capable of managing a residential territory and achieving acquisition and retention benchmarks.
