Year-Round Road Maintenance Operator

Key Responsibilities
• Operate snowplow trucks and wheel loaders for highway maintenance
• Assist with crack sealing, pothole repairs, and hazard remediation
• Perform physically demanding tasks, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain Alberta highways to ensure driver safety year-round
• Work shifts that may include nights and on-call duties
Requirements:
• Valid Class 1, 2, or 3 driver’s license with air endorsement
• Clear 3-year driver’s abstract showing safe driving history
• Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing required
• Previous experience with snowplow trucks is preferred
