Flexible hoursWork for a Lethbridge local companyJoin a motivated and creative team Compensation & Hours: The rate of pay is expected to be $52-$55K/year based on experienceMonday-Friday Position Summary: Develop and complete marketing campaigns for the company and specific projectsManage company website, social media accounts, content creation, and content campaignsUphold consistent brand identity through all marketing materialsAssist with community events, show home openings, and other collaborative opportunitiesWork with the sales team to create marketing materials and campaigns based on recent trends, community development, and past salesOversee all photography and video productionTrack campaign performance and report on return of investments Required Qualifications: 2+ years experience in marketing or other project coordination2+ years experience working with graphic design and social media programs (Wix, In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Tiktok, Metaview)Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenHighly organized, including the ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks at onceStrong attention to detail Bonus Points For: Post Secondary Education in marketing, communications, or relatedExperience in real estate Right People.
