What they are looking for is someone who has been employed as a Maintenance Supervisor in a fast paced manufacturing setting. This role is 100% on site MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Competitive Wage A valid trades license (Electrician or Millwright) from the Province of Ontario Experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Manager while being employed in a fast paced manufacturing setting Working knowledge of electrical codes, PLC’s, hydraulics and pneumatics RESPONSIBILITIES Ensures that the team always work with a safety first mentality Assigns tasks to the maintenance team based on priority of the situation as well as preventative maintenance Maintain documentation on equipment as well as the building infrastructure Reviews the work performance of employees. Also approves vacation requests.
