Our client is a Calgary start-up success story, revolutionizing the real estate experience with their robust home concierge products. They are driven by their vision of creating happier and more connected communities where everyone loves where they live. With a team of passionate individuals and an innovative service, they are now seeking a Sr UX Designer to add to to their product team.

Impact you will have?
· Take ownership of the UX design for multiple product lines, ensuring a cohesive user experience that includes highly functional interactive elements.
· Engage with stakeholders to extract business requirements and translate them into innovative UX solutions that include refined interactions.
· Develop and refine UX strategies that include detailed interaction models and user-centered design practices.
· Design and prototype user interfaces that prioritize usability and aesthetic quality, focusing particularly on interactive components.
· Conduct iterative testing of interactive designs to gather user feedback and achieve the best possible user experience.
· Facilitate collaborative sessions with clients and team members to drive innovation and refinement in UX design.

Must Have Skills:

· 5 experience in UX design, with a proven track record in interaction design.
· Strong capability in conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
· Experienced in leading design thinking sessions and rapid prototyping workshops to quickly visualize ideas and test concepts.
· Proficiency in using UX and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Axure, InVision, or Figma.
· A comprehensive portfolio that includes examples of user flow diagrams, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, demonstrating a deep understanding of UX principles and interaction design.
· Knowledgeable in the design of both responsive web and mobile applications, with a focus on creating seamless user interactions.
