You will oversee all aspects of equipment and engineering-related issues for the Food Group.**Responsibilities*** You will oversee start-up and commissioning activities for equipment installations, whether completed by internal employees or external installation partners.* You will monitor project performance against established goals and initiate corrective actions when performance is below expectations or issues arise.* You will ensure all documentation, including spare parts lists, drawings, and other technical documents, comply with contractual agreements, customer expectations, internal standards, and legal requirements.* You will conduct training for customer employees based on contractual agreements, ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment.* Train internal colleagues (service and sales teams) to guarantee efficient maintenance and troubleshooting.**Qualifications*** You have a Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Food-related disciplines).* You have experience in the Food and Beverage Industry.* You have proven experience in technical project sales, including proposal creation, presentations, and closing deals.* You are familiar with CAD software.* You have engineering project management experience, particularly within the food and beverage industry.* Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.#LI-DS1We understand that candidates will not meet every single desired qualification.
