This role blends UX/UI design, user research, prototyping, and strategic thinking to create intuitive, user‑centric experiences that align with business goals. It requires a balance of creativity, technical knowledge, and strong collaboration to build products that are functional, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing.You demonstrate genuine care and authenticity with your colleagues while embodying ISAAC’s values.ResponsibilitiesConduct user research (interviews, surveys, and usability testing) to understand platform usage and identify improvement areas.Design cohesive, visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring responsiveness and adaptability of designs across devices and screen sizes (mobile, desktop, tablet).Design intuitive navigation and interactions and interface transitions.Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate functionality and gather user feedback.Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to refine designs, gather user feedback, and identify areas of improvement or friction.Maintain the Design System, style guides and reusable components to ensure scalability and consistency across products.Communicate design rationale and champion user‑centric design approaches within the product, R&D, and marketing.Collaborate with Product and Platform Managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define solutions, manage sprint planning, ensure go‑to‑market efforts and implementation best practices.Participate in agile or scrum processes, providing design assets and constructive feedback throughout development sprints to peers.Foster good design practices and advocate for user‑centered approaches.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, or a related field.10 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.5 years in a SaaS environment.Understanding of front‑end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Proficient in Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.Fluent in French and English (Reason: external stakeholders).Effective collaborator and decision influencer.Ability to turn nebulous concepts and complex problems into tangible, pleasant, and effective product features and solutions.Highly organized, adaptable, and detailed oriented in fast paced environment.ConditionsFlexibility to travel 10% of the time: most often during peak business tradeshow and User Conference season.Valid passeport.AtoutsKnowledge and understanding of trucking.Additional InformationCollaborators are at the center of ISAAC’s interests and values.
