What Makes You a Great Fit We’re hiring a Product Manager for Crypto to shape Pebl’s next phase of innovation in the global payroll and HR technology space. At the center of the next wave of innovation, you’ll define and lead the strategy and execution for how Pebl uses crypto for global payroll and payment — building fast, compliant, and customer‑focused crypto experiences. In This Role, You’ll Collaborate with product, engineering, design, finance, and leadership to design Pebl’s crypto infrastructure and customer‑facing products Drive the roadmap, define requirements, and manage execution with cross‑functional teams Turn complex financial and technical challenges into simple, secure, and intuitive products for global customers How You’ll Make An Impact Define Pebl’s crypto payroll and payments strategy, aligning it with broader company goals Identify opportunities where crypto can improve speed, cost, and reliability of money movement, establishing Pebl as an innovation leader in global payroll and fintech Translate strategy into clear roadmaps, requirements, and success metrics; partner with engineering and design to deliver production‑ready products on time Own the product backlog and user stories, driving iterative development and testing; lead feature validation, QA, and product documentation Engage with customers, partners, and industry experts to gather insights; act as a key evangelist for Pebl’s crypto capabilities in client meetings and events Launch products that improve key business metrics (cost per transaction, time to settle, user adoption, etc.); report on outcomes and drive continuous improvement Let’s Connect If You 4–6 years of Product Management experience Technical foundation (CS degree or equivalent experience) Prior experience building or managing crypto products is required Prior experience with FinTech and Payments products is highly preferred Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives across engineering, compliance, and business teams Demonstrated career progression Strong analytical and written communication skills Startup or 0‑to‑1 product experience preferred Hands‑on approach: testing, QA, and documentation are part of how you work Our Commitment to You Flexible Time Off – Take the time you need to recharge Parental Leave – Support for growing families Health and Dental Insurance – Where applicable, to cover you and your loved ones Retirement Savings + Employee Incentive Plan – Plan for the future while sharing our success Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Product Management and Marketing; Software Development Pebl is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
