You will leverage digital, social, programmatic, TV and OOH channels to drive brand impact, analyze media alternatives, make data‑driven recommendations, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure execution and performance monitoring. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic media plans across digital, social, programmatic, TV, and OOH channels. Analyze media alternatives, leverage data insights, and provide strategic recommendations for channel allocation. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution, track performance, and optimize based on insights. Generate post‑campaign reports, analyze results, and manage financial tracking and budget. Present media strategies, insights, and recommendations directly to clients while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Utilize industry tools such as Prisma, Vividata, GWI, Google Insight Finder to inform planning. Stay ahead of industry trends, develop POVs, and continually refine media strategies. Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in media planning. Experience with media planning tools such as Prisma, Vividata, GWI, Google Insight Finder, Reach Planner (desired). Strong understanding of media strategy, tactics, channel allocation and optimization across multiple channels. Experience in post‑campaign reporting and financial tracking. Ability to develop POVs and strategic recommendations based on research and insights. Key Skills Strategic Thinking – Build and refine media plans aligned with client goals. Analytical Mindset – Monitor performance, report, and optimize campaigns. Collaboration & Communication – Work effectively with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and clients. Proactiveness & Attention to Detail – Manage high‑volume workloads and meet deadlines. Technical Proficiency – Familiarity with media research tools, reporting systems and MS Office suite.
