MNL’s 75-year legacy of advocacy and capacity building supports municipal leaders through professional development, research, and collaborative partnerships. MNL is now seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our organization as Director of Programs. What You’ll Do Program Development and Delivery Lead the strategic design, implementation, and evaluation of MNL’s programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and municipal needs. Oversee capacity‑building initiatives, training, and municipal support programs. Monitor program outcomes and prepare reports, recommendations, and insights for the CEO and Board of Directors. Identify opportunities for new programming and partnerships that advance municipal priorities. Membership Services Direct MNL’s membership services, ensuring municipalities receive timely and effective support. Oversee tools, resources, and engagement activities that enhance member experience and value. Build relationships with municipal leaders, regional partners, and community organizations.
