The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in front-end development and back-end development using modern practices.What you'll doYou will work in a cross-functional team and a broad range of stakeholders. Having a solid understanding of technology as well as business needs in general is a big plusDesign and develop user interfaces using modern React.js, Svelte including hooks, functional components, and the context APIDesign and develop backend systems using Node.js or PythonEnsure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and deliver high-quality user experienceDesign and implement robust, scalable, and secure APIsDevelop responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibilityEnsure security best practices are followedWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented codeConduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peersTroubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing softwareStay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to improve the software development processCollaborate with other team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality productsCollaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to create a seamless and efficient development processWhat you'll need to get the job doneDegree in Computer Science, Full Stack Development or a related field (or equivalent experience)15+ years of industry experience designing and implementing high performance cloud based applicationsProven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role. Proficiency in front-end technologiesProficiency in back-end technologies,Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Typescript, and JavaScriptProficiency in one of the modern web frameworks (e.g. React/Next.js, Svelte/SvelteKit, Vue/Next.js etc...)Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web servicesKnowledge of database systems (SQL/NoSQL)Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git)Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentWhat Will Make Us REALLY Love YouExperience with additional cloud services such as AWS CloudFormation or Terraform for Infrastructure as CodeKnowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and KubernetesUnderstanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologiesExperience with Team Leadership and/or mentoring of other team members is a plusExperience with estimation and project schedulingWhat you’ll love about us:At Syntronic, our employees are our greatest asset.
