To learn more, visit us at www.mufg-investorservices.com.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide a full range of fund accounting services to private equity clients, including NAV preparation, booking accruals, security pricing, and performing cash and security position reconciliations.Prepare portfolio pricing, ensuring all holdings are valued according to fund documents and valuation policies.Calculate and allocate capital calls and distributions.Prepare fee schedules, including management fees and waterfalls, observing applicable fund documents.Prepare investor allocations for each NAV cycle, ensuring correct booking of capital transactions and P&L allocation.Compile NAV packages and other ad hoc deliverables as per service level agreements.Handle other ad hoc requests and projects as needed.Communicate effectively with internal MUFG teams and external clients to meet all deliverables and requests.Assist with audited financial statements, audit processes, and regulatory services as applicable.QualificationsUniversity degree or professional designation such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, etc., considered an asset.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.Prior fund accounting experience is preferred but not required.Additional InformationExperience something brilliantly different with a career at MUFG Investor Services.
