What you'll do: Lead and inspire a team to create an energetic and positive shopping experience. Show off your retail expertise by driving sales, meeting targets, and keeping our customers coming back for more. Make sure every customer leaves with a smile Provide top‑notch customer service that goes above and beyond. Guard the floor stock, ensuring it’s always on point, while keeping the store looking sharp and visually appealing. Stay in the loop with JACK & JONES’ products, and exciting store promotions. What it takes: Demonstrated leadership and drive from a minimum of 1–2 years retail supervisory or keyholder experience. Excellent visual merchandising skills – you make visuals pop and inspire customers to buy the whole outfit. A strong initiative mindset – you get things done. Team‑player mindset – teamwork makes the dream work. Positive, contagious vibes that bring the party to the sales floor. Excellent communication skills in both English & French.
