You play an important role in the department, maintaining systems and performing tasks and activities that support our continuous improvement (CI) processes and culture. You help with data collection, ensure its accuracy, promote CI progress and keep track of the department KPI scorecards.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Provide training on CI tools and techniques. You will also help departments follow our established daily management system (DMS)
- Help teams collect data or extract it from the system to support CI activities and the DMS
- Facilitate root-cause analysis to address identified losses and departmental KPI scorecard gaps
- Establish new work standards to sustain improvement
- Train and qualify colleagues on CI tools and new work standards resulting from CI activities

What you need to know about this position:
- Autonomous maintenance (AM) and progressive maintenance (PM) systems understanding with experience of implementing and driving CIL, CL and Defect Handling
- Maintaining equipment at basic conditions independently, including the execution of AM & PM (break-down maintenance, planned maintenance) standards on dedicated equipment
- Relevant engineering/process experience, ideally within a fast-moving consumer goods environment in a people and process management role
- Relevant experience with manufacturing processes, a strong logical perspective to learn processes and implement improvement within the domain of equipment reliability, loss elimination, waste and work process improvement.
- Fluency in SAP manufacturing/warehousing (BOMs, POs, material master data etc.)
- Working in teams and independently with appropriate guidance
- Prioritizing and managing activities
- Identifying problems proactively and creating and implementing solutions
- Applying fundamental technical understanding to interpret and analyze data and to reach clear conclusions
- Communicating technical information effectively verbally and in writing
- Constantly championing for the consumer
- Technical curiosity, continuous learner and a drive to ensure technical rigor
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Six Sigma Experience Required
Education / Certifications:
- Engineering Degree (Chemical or Mechanical) (preffered)

Work schedule: On-site. Monday- Friday (Business Hours).
