The program offers recreation, life‑skills and relationship‑based activities, with an average stay of 6–12 months.Youth collaborate with their supports to identify strengths and growth areas, developing skills to facilitate a successful transition back to their family or a less intrusive placement as indicated by their case plan.The program focuses on cultivating self‑worth and healthy relationships, providing a safe environment, individualized care plans, educational and recreational activities, and daily routines. Strong positive relationships are key to success.The Position – Awake Overnight Youth and Family Support PractitionerThe Practitioner provides supervision and support to young people in the program, ensuring treatment plans are implemented.
