Key Responsibilities
• Advise hiring managers during recruitment phases
• Attract and build talent pipelines from diverse channels
• Ensure recruitment compliance with policies and agreements
• Serve as a primary contact for hiring managers and candidates
• Network at recruitment events to build the employer brand
Requirements:
• Expertise in leading recruitment initiatives
• Strong relational skills and client consultation
• Advanced communication skills, both written and oral
• Experience handling specialized recruitment tasks
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems like Workday Contribute your recruitment talent to CBC/Radio-Canada's mission of storytelling and connection.
