Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Creates inspiring strategies and is able to pull the strategy through the entire creative process from start to finish
  • Serves as a resource for creative team on brand and consumer, brand and business issues
  • Can easily identify potential hurdles for the business and take the lead on solving them
  • Serves as lead on multiple projects
  • Strong leadership skills to guide internal teams as well as client conversations, workshops and direction
  • Demonstrates an understanding of social platforms and digital media and an ability to develop strategies for those channels
  • Forges strong relationships with mid and senior-level marketing clients
  • Is equally comfortable with creative teams and clients
  • Earns the trust and respect of team members through understanding of consumer issues, leveraging insights, writing briefs and conducting briefings



Qualifications:


  • Has earned a bachelor’s degree or college degree/diploma in a relevant field
  • Collaborative nature with strong strategic rigor
  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Has a wide comfort zone when it comes to interpreting Quantitative and Qualitative research, and in using results for both insight and creative development
  • Easily translates high-level creative thinking into actionable steps
  • Displays a proven record of innovative ideas, approaches and final work product
