Our industry is evolving fast, and so are we We’re looking for people who: Share our values Believe that creating great experiences is totally within their control Collaborate and always set others up for success Build positive relationships and an understanding of what people’s needs are See solutions and possibilities (not problems) Are simply outstanding at what they do DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Develop test strategy and test plan, write, and execute test cases for manual and automated testing, prepare and present test reporting, and actively seek test process optimization Follow automated test frameworks and guidelines to develop, grow, and maintain automated test coverage across various application product lines – mobile applications, web applications, and data centered operations Using the test management tool, create test cases and suites for each level of testing - functional in sprints, end-to-end, regression, and release tests Take up new initiatives and work on proof of concepts regarding latest tools and automation frameworks as needed Support UAT testing, and provide assistance on application incident resolution Drive operational excellence by focusing on continuous improvement efforts and documenting QA processes Maintain a mindset of continuous quality improvements by highlighting deficiencies and proactively recommending changes in tools, process, reporting, and employee training As part of a dynamic team, work in close collaboration with a team of specialists - developers, domain subject matter experts, and business representatives Participate in and contribute to user story reviews and provide estimations for test effort Work on various assignments within timelines by contributing from planning to delivery stages Regular review and assessment of project goals, accomplishments, and priorities to meet personal, departmental, and organizational objectives Perform other related projects and duties as required QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Completion of a Post-Secondary Diploma in Computer Science, and a minimum of 3 years of directly related experience.
