Job Description Join our Saint-Leonard team We're looking for reliable, motivated individuals with a positive attitude toward teamwork to fill an Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) position at our Saint-Leonard Sawmill. Full-time hours: 45 hours per week Safe and supportive workplace Work close to home Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair mechanical and industrial equipment in a production environment. Perform SMAW and FCAW welding in all positions. Troubleshoot, repair, assemble, and conduct preventive maintenance on machines. Repair or replace chains, belt conveyors, gearboxes, hydraulics, and more using electronic tools. Identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. Qualifications Education: Industrial Mechanics diploma (Bloc 1 or higher); Red Seal certification is an asset. Experience: 2-5 years in an industrial environment. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. Sawmill experience is an asset. Ability to communicate in French.
