Responsibilities Receive and count goods for sale, such as cured meats, cheeses or any other product sold by the charcuterie department, ordered by the department manager or assistant manager, and ensure they are properly stored in the warehouse, refrigerator, freezer, or any designated location; Prepare (mix, assemble and cook) the products offered by the prepared foods department and package them for sale; Weigh, label and display products for sale on the shelves, as per department rules; Update shelf price changes and adjust shelf labels for products in the department; Rotate shelf goods as needed and keep working areas clean; Serve as customer service in the department, responding to customer questions about products and services offered; Comply with government sanitation standards; Wear required safety equipment; Perform any other related tasks as required by the immediate supervisor.
