Some of what you will do As a Wireless Sales Consultant, you champion the customer experience in the wireless department, helping consumers and business customers achieve their goals by sharing knowledge, enthusiasm, and expertise in the latest wireless products, services, and trends. Specifically, You Will Connect, share, and partner with customers, identifying and converting wireless and wireline sales opportunities Help customers meet and exceed their needs, becoming an expert with our products and services, and following up to solicit feedback and promote additional value‑adding products Partner with the store team to create awareness of offers and build enthusiasm for wireless, encouraging referrals Achieve personal sales goals Maintain company merchandising standards, including current pricing Support asset‑protection procedures and privacy standards Stay updated through internal communication channels such as mobile app, intranet, and bulletin boards Effectively resolve customer concerns and, when appropriate, escalates to management Qualifications Some of what you need 3 months to 1 year of wireless sales or general sales experience Customer focus and service orientation Strong selling ability Ability to coach others Capacity to communicate with clients via a variety of mediums Strong planning, organizing, and prioritizing skills to manage daily responsibilities Technology savvy Curious, approachable, passionate, and a problem solver About Us: Staples Canada is an equal‑opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion and encourages applications from all qualified candidates, including those with disabilities.
