Compensation Survey Associate

As a junior member of the Survey Management Center of Excellence, this individual would assist with the operational activities for multiple surveys from launch to report production while adhering to established milestones.Collect and review survey data on an individual company basis as well as in aggregate for accuracyInteract with clients via phone and email on a daily basis regarding position matching and data review questions, data analytics and other services or productsParticipate/ assist with client marketing webcasts, conduct job matching sessions in person or via webcast to educate clients/prospects on survey methodology and design.Work with internal colleagues to review compensation survey participation materials including checking technology tools and data submission materials for accuracy in order to launch surveys according to milestone date requirementsEnsure adherence to established quality standards for data analysis and publicationUsing software tools to analyze and generate summary tables for compensation survey reportsDeliver reports to clients on a timely basis and present results to clients on a 1:1 or group setting in-person or via webinarConduct custom analyses (i.e., special peer groups, custom formatting, market assessments) upon request of internal and external clientsAssist other team members with their survey responsibilities when neededQualificationsThe ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of compensation survey experience and knowledgeThe qualified candidate will have some corporate experience (internships, part-time positions or other education and related experience acceptable); Human Resources background would an assetProven analytical skills, good communication skills, detail orientation, project management skills and PC expertise utilizing a databaseCommitted to quality; continuously works to achieve the highest quality standardsTeam player; ability to work independently as well as in a teamResults-driven; focused on achieving results that promote business successCommunicator; displays strong oral, written and public speaking skillsOrganized; able to work and think in a methodical and orderly wayTime management; able to manage workflow in order to meet client demands and milestonesTechnically oriented; strong computer skillsThis position will remain posted for a minimum of three business days from the date posted or until sufficient/appropriate candidate slate has been identified.Note: Employment-based non-immigrant visa sponsorship and/or assistance is not offered for this specific job opportunity.Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
