In this position, you\'ll navigate global compliance requirements, ensure financial integrity across all reporting processes, and drive reporting excellence across multiple jurisdictions.ResponsibilitiesStatutory Reporting and compliance: Prepare, review, and submit statutory financial statements in compliance with local GAAP/IFRS for domestic and foreign entitiesStatutory Reporting and compliance: Ensure timely filing of statutory reports, financial statements, tax returns, and other regulatory filings across all relevant jurisdictionsStatutory Reporting and compliance: Support tax filings, transfer pricing documentation, and other compliance-related tasks.Statutory Reporting and compliance: Coordinate and manage statutory audits for both domestic and foreign entities, ensuring all required documentation is available.Statutory Reporting and compliance: Address auditor queries, reconcile differences, and implement audit recommendations.Statutory Reporting and compliance: Ensure that audit timelines are met, and that all statutory audit requirements are satisfied across multiple jurisdictions.Journal Entries & Month-End Close: Prepare and post journal entries for all required adjustments including intercompany transactions, management fees, etc.Journal Entries & Month-End Close: Perform reconciliations of key accounts, including intercompany, foreign exchange, and accounts.Journal Entries & Month-End Close: Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance statutory reporting processesJournal Entries & Month-End Close: Collaborate with the broader finance team to improve the quality and reliability of financial data.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certificationAt least 4 years’ experience with preparation of financial statementsWorking knowledge of developments in accounting standards, ie IFRSAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft ExcelExperience in technical accounting research and documentation of company’s position on complex accounting mattersExperience with complex global consolidations, including foreign exchange translations and intercompany transaction eliminationsStrong knowledge of ERP systems preferably WorkDay and SAPGreat-to-havesExperience in supervising team workflows, task delegation and review of financial deliverablesNote: Thisisa12-monthcontractposition with a potential for full-time afterwards.#LI-RemoteA bit about usWe’re a people-focused, customer-first, purpose-driven team who works together every day to innovate and do good.
