Under the direction of the Sr. Manager, Global Distribution & Logistics the Supervisor, Global Logistics is responsible for leading Jamieson’s transportation team, as well as executing key projects and initiatives.


Oversee transportation team – people & workload management, expedites and problem solving
Deliver key initiatives & projects related to global transportation
Effectively manage global transportation relationships with carriers & forwarders
Working in compliance with the company's Health & Safety Policies/SOPs including but not limited to the Safety Responsibilities Procedure

Other duties or projects as assigned

5 years of experience in global logistics – all modes
~ Experience leading fast-paced transportation team(s)
~ Comfortable managing diverse priorities & jumping in to execute when needed
~ Solid understanding of import and export requirements
~ Professional accreditation in logistics, supply chain or customs an asset
~ Data analysis, problem solving, planning
~ Excellent inter-personal and communication skills; ability to manage difficult conversations
~ Naturally focused on continuous improvement & personal development
