This role will focus on delivery of cutting-edge AI/ML solutions along with technical leadership (80%) and supporting business development (20%) through client engagement, understanding their business challenges, and translate them into impactful AI solutions.The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong consulting, communication, and leadership skills to drive impactful AI/ML solutions for clients while supporting business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery & Technical Leadership (80%)Lead design, development, and deployment of AI/ML, Deep Learning, and Data Science solutions for client projects.Architect scalable, production-ready ML systems, pipelines, and APIs.Mentor and guide engineering teams, ensuring technical excellence and adoption of best practices.Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML, deep learning, and related technologies, incorporating them into solutions.Drive end-to-end delivery from problem definition, data exploration, model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, software engineers, and product managers.Ensure project delivery is on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.Business Development & Client Engagement (20%)Partner with business teams to identify new opportunities for AI/ML engagements with clients.Participate in client presentations, pre-sales discussions, and proposal development.Understand client pain points, translate business needs into AI/ML solutions, and create value-driven roadmaps.Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor for clients on AI/ML trends, strategy, and adoption.RequirementsRequired Skills & ExperienceProven experience (10+ years) in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3–4 years in a leadership/principal role.Strong expertise in:Programming Languages: Python, R, Java, Scala, C++ (Python preferred).Hands-on experience deploying ML models in cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure)Proven expertise in forecasting and time-series modeling , with hands-on experience building and deploying solutions for demand planning, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.Experience in designing and integrating Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise-scale AI solutions, leveraging LLMs and vector databases.Excellent client-facing skills: able to explain technical solutions in business terms and influence C-level stakeholders.Strong track record of project delivery in applied AI domains such as NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, predictive analytics, or generative AI.Ability to balance hands-on coding with strategic leadership and mentoring.Desired AttributesEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and shape new opportunities.Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences (technical & non-technical).Passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of AI/ML innovation.Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with global teams.What We OfferOpportunity to lead cutting-edge AI/ML projects with high-impact outcomes.Client-facing exposure across industriesA culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.Competitive compensation and growth opportunities in both technical and leadership tracks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
