You will provide individualized, evidence‑based physiotherapy services that empower clients to maintain independence, improve mobility, and enhance overall quality of life. This community‑based role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, exercise clinical autonomy, and make a tangible impact every day.What You Will DoComplete physiotherapy assessments in home settings.Create tailored treatment and mobility plans.Deliver therapy, gait training, and exercise programs.Teach safe movement principles to clients and caregivers.Document assessments and progress.Coordinate with RNs, RPNs, PSWs, and physicians.Recommend equipment and home safety modifications.What You BringRegistration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.Strong assessment and rehabilitation skills.Knowledge of mobility devices and fall‑prevention.Clear, timely documentation.Compassion, adaptability, and professional communication.Current CPR, clear VSC, liability insurance, and ability to travel.Why Join MyWishCompensation for this role will be commensurate with experience between $70.00–$90.00 per hour in a part‑time, or contract capacity.Flexible scheduling.Opportunity to grow with an expanding caseload.How to ApplySubmit your resume and a brief note describing your community‑care experience to andrewd.mwhcs@gmail.com on or before January 18, 2025 (apply today for early consideration). #J-18808-Ljbffr
