This role focuses on developing agent-based architectures using Large Language Models (LLMs), tools, memory, and orchestration frameworks to solve real-world business problems.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents capable of goal planning, decision-making, and task executionBuild multi-agent systems that collaborate, communicate, and coordinate actionsIntegrate LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) with tools, APIs, databases, and enterprise systemsDevelop agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel)Implement memory systems (short-term, long-term, vector-based retrieval) to support agent learning and context retentionOptimize prompts, workflows, and policies to ensure accuracy, reliability, and cost efficiencyImplement safeguards including human-in-the-loop, observability, logging, and fallback mechanismsEvaluate agent performance using benchmarks, simulations, and real-world metricsCollaborate with ML, DevOps, and Security teams to deploy AI agents in production environmentsStay current with advancements in agentic AI, LLM tooling, and AI safety best practicesRequired Technical Skills5+ years of expertise in building AI workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel5+ years of experience in understanding of agent architectures (ReAct, Plan-and-Execute, Tool-Using Agents, Multi-Agent Systems)5+ years of experience in integrating APIs, databases, and external tools into AI workflows5+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, and tools like Docker and Kubernetes is highly valued5+ years of experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate)5+ years of solid understanding of software engineering best practices (version control, testing, CI/CD)Preferred / Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience with multi-agent coordination and negotiationKnowledge of reinforcement learning or planning algorithmsExperience deploying AI systems on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Familiarity with MLOps, monitoring, and observability toolsExperience with AI governance, security, and responsible AI frameworksBackground in NLP, ML, or data scienceAbout NTT DATA ServicesNTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data and applications, headquartered in Texas.
