What To Expect Tesla is currently seeking an experienced Mobile Tire Technician to contribute to work on one of the most progressive vehicles in the world. This role involves substantial customer and employee interaction, necessitating not only technical expertise but also a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. The position entails daily travel within the region, as directed by the Mobile Tire Dispatch Team. Membership of our world‑class service team requires a dedication to supporting cutting‑edge EV technology and accelerating the world’s transition to sustainable energy. What You'll Do Perform apprentice‑level inspection, repair, and service of Tesla electric vehicles Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools Perform equipment inspections, adjustments, and certifications Maintain records of time, expenses, materials, and cleanliness of vehicles Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines Support other Mobile Service Technicians and Tesla Service Centers as needed Travel daily within the region What You'll Bring Knowledge of methods and techniques in the maintenance and repair of vehicles; trade school training/ASEs preferred Hands‑on experience mounting and balancing tires and tire repair Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to follow instructions Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the public and multiple internal stakeholders Ability to quickly adapt to new systems, processes, and a dynamic work environment Must be comfortable with daily regional travel and operating a large service vehicle (including but not limited to tow trucks and trailers) Valid driver's license required; must be willing to become DOT certified Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Management and Manufacturing Industries Motor Vehicle Manufacturing, Renewable Energy, Semiconductor Manufacturing, and Utilities Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Tesla by 2x Get notified about new Tire Technician jobs in North York, Ontario, Canada. #J-18808-Ljbffr
