Under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide safe and thorough basic care and services to residents. Key Responsibilities Work within your full scope of practice to provide resident-focused care. Observe residents for changes in status and share observations for care plan updates. Assist residents with mobility and participate in community functions. Report unsafe activities that may cause harm. Qualifications Completion of a recognized Health Care Aide certificate course and registration in the Health Care Aide Directory. Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills. Strong planning, follow-up, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and remain flexible in a demanding environment.
