Job Overview Manager, Treasury & Risk Reporting reports to the Sr. Manager, Treasury Reporting and is responsible for the reporting and strategy of RBI’s Treasury Global G&A program, which includes corporate insurance, interest rate, and foreign exchange hedging programs. The role requires technical expertise in financial reporting and analysis, strong analytical and communication skills, and a customer‑oriented approach. Salary Base salary range: $100,000 – $130,000. Salary may vary based on experience, education, location, and skills. Eligible to participate in the company’s annual discretionary bonus plan and may be eligible for additional equity compensation under the long‑term incentive plan. Work Arrangement RBI follows a 5‑day, in‑office schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week. Responsibilities Manage and report Treasury G&A budget and lead cost‑saving initiatives such as bank fee management, contract negotiation, and insurance. Execute and reconcile all invoice payments against the G&A budget. Manage RBI’s risk strategy for insurance, including collecting underwriting data for renewal and evaluating the retention strategy by analyzing historical losses. Collaborate with internal Finance teams, third‑party administrators, senior legal counsel, and insurance brokers to manage insurance costs. Assist in evaluating interest‑rate and foreign‑exchange hedging activity. Work with Accounting to review hedging activity and ensure all hedging transactions are adequately documented and implemented. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics; CFA preferred. 3–5 years of work experience in a financial role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint). Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Flexible, organized, and customer‑focused to foster strong relationships with internal and external partners.
