We are hiring an Engineering Manager to join our team VTR is looking for an experienced Engineer to lead and develop our Design team. Please note: this is a permanent, full-time, and in-person role at our Grimsby facility.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years in a similar engineering and design role, with long-term team management experience to help manage, coach, and grow our Design team. This role will be responsible for Design work as needed. The selected candidate will also demonstrate initiative, critical thinking, a team-oriented attitude, strong attention to detail, and effective organizational skills within a fast-paced environment.
