Responsibilities Advising customers on high‑level financial solutions from a range of investment and credit banking options. Engage customers by asking thoughtful financial questions to create positive experiences and deepen relationships. Increase customer financial confidence by providing personalized advice, answering questions, and addressing concerns; escalating matters as appropriate while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. Act as a point of contact for frontline staff in handling customer problems. Maintain professional space in common areas in line with marketing and regulatory guidelines. Provide financial reviews, discuss portfolio updates, and suggest personalized solutions based on customer financial goals. Stay knowledgeable about emerging issues, evolving regulations, and industry codes of conduct; participate in process improvement opportunities. Strive to achieve and improve service level agreements and productivity targets. Ensure documents are prepared in compliance with relevant regulations and properly reflect business intentions. Participate fully as a team member, build a positive and diverse work environment, mentor others, and address communication issues efficiently. Qualifications High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience. Post‑secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field is an asset. Completion of IFIC or equivalent required. CFSA must be completed within 12 months if hired. Real estate secured lending and/or investment experience is an asset. Sound knowledge of advanced investing and credit processes, banking solutions, and concepts to provide personalized advice in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications. Tactful communicator able to exchange ideas and customer information concisely and logically. Self‑initiator with strong organizational, planning, and time‑management skills. Additional Information Future opportunities available. Language fluency in Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Farsi, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, or Italian is considered an asset. Experience in the financial services industry is required. Completion and active standing of either IFC or CSC is required.
