Join to apply for the Product Delivery Project Manager role at XNRGY Climate SystemsXNRGY Climate Systems is a North American leader in sustainable design and advanced manufacturing of custom air handling systems, focused on energy research and development contributing to carbon footprint reduction.We are looking for a Product Delivery Project Manager, reporting to the Project Management Director, who will be responsible for managing the delivery of projects for products in development and/or for production-assigned projects within the XNRGY group. This role will be crucial to ensure that all product projects meet XNRGY standards and are delivered on quality, schedule, and cost. As part of your role, you will support the design of innovative new products and ensure the preparation for delivery of projects assigned to the production site.An overview of your responsibilities:Responsible for delivering all activities related to product development, including product performance, design, timelines, costs, as well as operational budgets, investments, and management presentationsResponsible for delivering overall activities for projects assigned for production, including adherence to schedules, costs, performance, reporting, and presentationsOversee a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and buyers in development activitiesAssess risks with the team and develop an action plan to mitigate those risksWork closely with all company functions to ensure tight coordination and smooth communicationDevelop and implement new project management processes and tools to improve project management efficiencyWhat you will need, among other things:Bachelor's degree in EngineeringExperience managing highly complex product manufacturing projectsGood understanding of highly integrated and complex products evolving with a multidisciplinary teamStrong leadership skills, structured and rigorous approachAbility to work in a startup-like dynamic environmentProficiency in French and English, both spoken and writtenWhy choose XNRGY?100% employer-paid medical and dental insuranceEmployee assistance programA dynamic team open to change, so you can bring your own touchModern office on Montreal’s South ShoreFast-growing dynamic environment where entrepreneurial spirit is recognizedInclusive and diversity-friendly environmentCareer advancement: XNRGY prioritizes internal promotionFree parking and electric vehicle charging stationsXNRGY Climate Systems ULC is a company headquartered in Saint-Hubert and operating across North America.
