Responsibilities Process journal entries, manage reconciliations, and support audits and tax filings. Assist with committee materials, analyze project actuals, and maintain accurate project and proposal financial records in platforms such as Monday.com and Business Central. Support the development of business cases and provide pricing and cost analysis for proposals and projects. Provide financial and analytical support under the direction of the Finance Business Partner RCCI, delivering accurate and timely financial services. Qualifications Education: University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years of directly related experience in financial analysis, reconciliations, and reporting; experience in a not-for-profit environment is an asset. Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines; excellent attention to detail. Skills: Financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis; ability to interpret and present data clearly. Traits: Collaborative, proactive, adaptable, and committed to accuracy. Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with databases; knowledge of MS 365 collaboration tools is an asset. Assets: Experience with Business Central, Monday.com, and providing support for business case development.
