About the Role The Senior Manager, Corporate IT will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s internal IT systems, infrastructure, and security. This role ensures that technology enables business efficiency, supports growth and innovation, and protects the organization from cyber threats. The Senior Manager will lead the corporate IT team and manage relationships with vendors, ensuring reliable service delivery and alignment with company objectives. What You’ll Do Execute the corporate IT strategy aligned with business goals. Oversee day‑to‑day IT operations including helpdesk, infrastructure, networking, SaaS applications, and hardware. Asset and inventory management. Assist with the planning, implementation, and support of business systems (e.g., ERP, HRIS, CRM, service delivery). Ensure robust cybersecurity measures, vulnerability and patch management, incident response planning, and compliance with relevant standards (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001). Establish IT policies, procedures, and governance practices. Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships, ensuring cost‑effective delivery of services. Oversee identity and access management across the organization. Collaborate with department heads to assess business needs and implement technology solutions that improve productivity and scalability. Lead and mentor a small IT team, fostering a proactive and service‑oriented culture. Support onboarding and offboarding processes from a technology and security standpoint. Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery plans are maintained and tested regularly. Drive an AI enablement approach across the organization. Manage IT systems lifecycle plan. Develop and track IT KPIs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, ITIL, PMP) are an asset. 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role. Strong experience managing corporate IT in a mid‑size organization. Enterprise architecture experience, including data categorization, application roadmapping and integrations. Familiarity with ERP, Microsoft 365, cloud infrastructure and collaboration tools. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices. Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional projects and manage external vendors and service providers. Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills. Experience in regulated environments or with compliance standards (e.g., SOC2, ISO) is an asset.
